The land where the Ambar building is implanted is a narrow lot where vehicular circulation practically dictates the structure of the office building. The project has 12 floors from street level upwards and 5 floors underground. On the ground floor, the entrance to the building is retracted while the main volume is flown and this creates a pleasant space for pedestrians. Through this detail an extended interior-exterior lobby appears, additionally the entrance plaza has vegetation towards the main front and to the side.
