The project is implemented on a 730m2 lot in a residential area of Quito. The lot has a single front facing a municipal park and has a privileged view of the Pichincha volcano. The land has a strong topography that is reflected in the building's terraces. The program of this project is resolved in cut / section. being this a main tool for project design. In a total of 26 apartments, 8 of them are duplexes and there are 6 different typologies, turning the building into a kind of puzzle in which the pieces overlap and overlap horizontally and vertically creating a spatial activity and luminosity through voids and large windows that they are appreciated through them.
