The project is developed in an urban residential area in the city of Quito. The land has two fronts and an aggressive topography and is located in one of the highest residential points of the city, and for this reason, it is also privileged with important views of it. The importance of the building's location in relation to its context is recognized, recognizing the two fronts as fundamental elements for the design. The building has two pedestrian accesses and one vehicular. The formal solution reflects the interior content, giving large panes of glass towards the views, while the longitudinal facades become more blind.
