The residential project seeks to maximize the views of the apartments due to the privileged topography provided by the land. The 6-story, 3-basement building is located on a 880m2 lot in the most residential neighborhood of Quito: Quito Tenis. The typology of the apartments allows each unit to have a view of the city, ending in covered terraces, which in turn, serve as support for their public space. The vertical circulation of the building is centralized, allowing the apartments to maximize natural ventilation and lighting.
